MR7 Wheels With Polished Lip

Well i was at school and i saw this blue saturn with what looked to be Mr7 white rims. it was 4lug and as i looked a lil closer it had a polished lip. Does any1 know what wheels they were?? i have never seen them in the market. the caps were blank so i dont even know the brand but i know for a fact that they were not MR7 but they did look damn close to them.

This is what they looked like

these are the original mr7 (as every1 knows)

also is it possible to just buy motegi mr7 rims and take it to a shop and have them do the polished lip. and if so what type of shop would i take it 2??

from having MR7's for 3 years, ive noticed there are ALOT of rims that look very similar to them, but aer just a tad different.

try to ask the guy if you see him maybe? i guess a machine shop could fab up something to fit around that edge to make a polished lip if you want
