Stock Chrome Wheels...care instruction? clearcote?
Thursday, March 16, 2006 9:52 AM
If you check on my sig, you can see my stock wheels on my 2004 Cavy. Do these wheels have clear coat on them or anything else?

Whats a good cleaner for them, so they don't tarnish or fade, spot, etc.

Thanks in advance , yes I did a search but got mixed results.

if they're clear coated, soap and water, don't use any harsh chemicals!!! if their not clear coated:

Go with Meguiars Hot Wheel cleaner and a terry cloth. You wont be dissappointed.

You can also go to Meguiar's Website to have a custom car care guide made for you.
