Ive been trying to do my research here and Im on the edge Im leaning towards the 225/45

The 225/45 is closest to stock size. A little wider for more grip if performance matters too.
Is the ride quieter with 225?
quiet ride depends on the type of tire. some brands have more road noise then others. the only difference between a 225 and a 215 is that the 225 is slightly wider and the side wall is slightly taller. either way both are good tires to run.
