if they're coming off of his cavy you know they'll fit...
if its not dropped, it'll just look a little bit like a 4x4
GO PATS!!!
yeah my car isnt dropped, its got a stock level II suspension upgrade....what ever the hell that is. idk if they need to have a certain offset or anyhting. im gonna search some stuff in the forum and read the FAQ's

any rim that fits someone else's jbody, is going to fit your jbody.
as long as its a 5x100 bolt pattern and has an offset somewhere between like 35 and 42, you're good to go.
GO PATS!!!
205/40/17 is gonna make your speedo fast and your odo go up faster
225/45/17 is alot better tire
also you think your in 4x4 world now 205/40/17 , your in big foot world with trailer tires
wow 205/40/17 is no where close at all to the right size
^^im guessing your kidding....anyway. what size are my 95-99 stock Z rims, like i know my new rims will be taller but are they going to be widder? and are my tires going to be thinner? im not sure what the whole A / B / C means.

use it , stock 16" tires are 205/55/16
205/40/17 is a honda sized tire , 225/45/17 is just a hair taller than our stock tire , the 215/45/17 is a few hairs shorter
i always recomend the 225/45/17 , and is what i run on my wheels

when you get bigger rims you basically want to keep the same overall diameter as the stock tire so it wont throw off your speedo and odometer.
A/B/C
A = width of the tire
B = side wall height
C = rim size
225/45/17
225mm wide tire
45 % of 225mm is the side wall height
17 of course is the rim size
Don't buy those rims w/ those tires. get rims w/ 225/45/17 tires with a 40 or 42 offset.

or if it's a great deal, wear out the incorrect tires and prepare to buy new ones in the right size
