Hey guys I've been looking online for the conversion for the jbody bolt matter 5-100 to the cobalt ss bolt pattern 5-110. Can anyone help me out? does any one think it's worth it? also I can't find on the forum the backspacing of the factory Z24 rims on our cars. If anyone could help me out that'd be awesome.
Thanks guys
actually, one of my friends has a cobalt ss NON supercharged and she just got 19s for it and her lug pattern is 5x108.something. Its a really weird pattern. I duno if the ss/sc wheels are the same, but you might want to check into that first.
non ss cobalts are 4x100 and ss cobalts are the 5x110 so no it wont fit so just get ones that are 5x100. its the easiest, cheapest way.

Ugly heavy wheels... so why?

It's up to you to decide which you'd rather win.
Well I found some at a scrap-yard and could get them cheap...I wasn't sure how much work the conversion for the bolt pattern would be
Bolt pattern adapter are around 70.00 a pair on eBay, and some of them will make whatever pattern conversion you want. Look up wheel adapter, or wheel spacer.

Did you look at the bolt pattern on the bottom of the description it say 5X100
Ok i can assure you they will not bolt right up. My dad has a ss/sc and I have a cavalier and we both work at a Chevy dealership so I work with this stuff day in and day out, they WILL NOT FIT without modificiations, and yes they are heavy ugly wheels. The SS and SS/SC all have a 5-110 pattern, which they share with the new Malibu, HHR, Saturn Sky, L-Series, Pontiac Solstice, G5 and G6. Also the vehicles hub diameter (for the purposes of using hubcentric rings) is 65.1mm.

yes i did see where it said 5x
110 at the bottom. however jbodies are 5x
100
1 does not equal 10 just like 100 does not equal 110
I wouldn't put the SS/SC rims on a cavy, they weigh a ton.
My HHR wants some 5X110 Cobalt SS wheels. I want the dark gray / black.
SS rims WILL NOT FIT ON A J-BODY!
