Any bagged cavis on 17s?

I have 215/35/18 on my bagged 03. It rides like @!#$ and Im thinking about going to a 17 with a bit more tire. Anyone out there have some pics on some 225/40/17 or 45/17 bagged?

learn about tire sizes first. the 215/35/18 rides like @!#$ because that tire is too small. get 225/40/18 and i bet it will be alot better. i had 17s and 18s on my cav when it was bagged and both ran great because they both had the proper tire size

Ha! I thought I was the only one who was rolling on that tire size. Anything would be smoother.

DEFINATELY go to a 40 series tire with a 18. My 225/40r18's ride softer than my 215/40r17's did

225's will probably rub or not tuck on air. 215 is like the best width to go with. Unless you don't mind not laying out all the way.

hmmmm............

I just put my 19's back on my Bagged 02, I had them on my stock 03 for a couple weeks. Anyway the STOCK 205/55/16 tires on my 03, well the added sidewall made my 02 ride like a BOUNCY DUMP TRUCK! The 215/35/19's ride TONS better, maybe try adjusting your shocks if you have the Easystreet kit, or ride with less psi in the bags. Your pressure in the bags should allow you to dial in a smooth ride regardless.

Yes I have the easystreet kit. What are your shocks set at? What pressures do you ride at? I ride at 25psi in the back and 35-40in the front. Im afraid to ride too low in the front as I had an axle blow out before.
