I know a lot of people dont like them and think that its a ghetto way to upgrade your brakes. But me personaly i love the look. A lot of Minitrucks have them. They sell them in stainless steel, or black i think. They fit between your rim and your studs. They say that they dont make them for cavaliers because of how the front caliper sticks out.
Could you modify this to work?? I was thinking of getting sheetmetal and cutting it to fit inside the wheel.
I bought some brake dust covers for my cavy a while back. I can't remember where I got them from though. I returned them because they sent me the wrong bolt pattern and I never reordered.
^^^and show cavaliers do?
just get a big brake kit all around so that you don't have to hide the brakes.
Just my opinion

Big brakes would be the better way to go, the covers look cheesy and you are going for a nice clean smooth look, I think they would take away from it.

covers are usually just to block brake dust since show cars usually have nice rims
