I am thinking of going with one of the two, give me your opinions.

One set is a 15" style and the other is a 16" different style. I am taking my 17's off, I want more sidewall

The first ones would not work for a Cavalier IMO. Maybe on a PT Cruiser, or something with a kind of retro look.

The second are OK, but not crazy about them.

It's your car though, so get what you like.
