I need new tires for my 99 cavalier. They need to be good in snow/ice and wet pavement but still need to be used year round. I would like to keep the price below $65 each if possible. IIRC,the tires currently on the car are 15". Sorry for the simple question, but I am not real familiar with passenger car tires,I have not kept the same daily driver car long enough to need a new set of tires, but this car is going to have to be with me for awhile judging by the way the economy is looking. thanks for the any suggestions!!
I have a set of Douglas all season touring tires, paid like 200 for all 4. No complaints yet. Your gonna want to go with a standard all-season tire. I live in PA and haven't had a problem yet.
03 Sunfire - Sold.
kUMHOS make good tyres for all season.
Check them out. (look for Ecstas)

how much did the cooper cs-4 tires cost you? tire rack or discount tire do not sell cooper tires,so i can't look at those sites for reviews. Does anybody have experience with the kuhmo solus kr 21? Those tires are within my budget and the reviews on tire rack.com are good, but if I buy tires from there I have to pay shipping($50) and still pay to have them mounted,so I am not really saving much money and could buy a little higher priced tire here locally.
