I found a pair of 5X114 rims for my cavy wanted to kno if they would fit. They are off a 2000 eclipse.

In theory, yes they coud fit, it you got a conversion kit, which are hard to find and very expensive, so in reality....no.

To the OP, do you know the make of the wheels? Are they aftermarket or are they OEM Eclipse wheels, since the Eclipse is a 5x114 bolt pattern I too am wondering if they are "multi-pattern" 5x114 - 5x100 rims.
In any case, the J body is a 5x100, should have searched that bit of information in the first place...
