I currently have the Motegi DP6's for my car, but the current tire is a 215 width. I was wondering if the 225 series would fit the rim. The car is lowered on sportlines as of now, would that affect the turning radius? The rim itself is 7 inches wide. I plan to run a 225/45/17, does that sound right?
u can run that width of tire! u should be alright w/ the rim bein' a 7" wide. tire size is correct as well!

225/45/17 is the correct size tire for our cars. your other option is a 235/45/17. those 2 will keep your speedo the same. but yes a 225/45/17 is the actual correct tire for a 17" rim. i run them right now.
yep 215 was probably too skinny anyways
What do you guys think about the Nitto Nex gens? It's either those or General UHP's again.
