I had wheels rotated and balanced. Saw that both rear rims are slightly out of round. What should I do? I was planning on rotating often and keep wear even. I want to just replace them. But that's a bit of money. Opinions?
Are they damaged to the point where it affects ride quality? I would install them both in the rear and forget about rotating. If they
do shake while turning, the vibrations will be much worse if the wheels are installed up front. I'm not sure if a "rim doctor" could fix something like this or not...I think they usually just handle cosmetic problems. And if they can fix them, the cost could be more than each rim brand new.
I can feel it a little. I have appointment with a local shop. If its fixable they will. It'll be 110 plus it'll look new. Well see what happens.
