ok just want make sure before i but some wheels
will a 7.5 wide tire rub in the front ???
im gonna run them in the back for sure cuz im putting on some 1/2in hub spacers
but just wanted to be sure the front wont rub
height, tire size, offset, wheel size... all that has to be factored in.
my old konig absolutes (for sale) are 7.5 i believe....... i actually thing that the tire themselves measured 8.5 (224/45) et 40...... never had an issue.
Youd be fine

I have 18 by 8's with a 35mm offset and its damn close, I am probley less than a 1/8th of an inch from the spring perch..
thanks guys i been contemplating for a while and now i for sure since i got the extra cash
get coilovers and you dont have to worry about spring perches lol
With 225/45 tires you'll be fine up front...
I'd be more concerned with the rear, I'm lowered on Goldlines and I can't run 1/2" hub spacers in the rear with a 40 offset wheel and 225/45 tires.
that's likely due to the fact that your 1/2" spacer is effectively making your offset around 28.
Yeah, didn't think about that before I jumped on a deal for them lol. Only scrubbed over decent bumps before I took them off, loved the stance.
Roll and pull will solve that
Never really gave that thought, just put the spacers back in the box lol
It seemed to be hitting closer to where the door meets the quarter, do you think it would be possible to roll that enough to fit?
I run 17x8 with a +35 and the baer brakes (which use a Jeffie like spacer for the calipers) and I have minimal rubbing with 245s
