they are a streetable radial. can be driven to and from the track... i dont like to but its very possible. I was never a fan of them, got hard and less sticky very quickly.

BFG are horrible, lasted 3 months on my friends car.

exactly what I have seen from friends in the past. If they are just for the track then you can get decent life, but if you use for street use not soo much.
Nitto's usually can get 15k miles on street use, but who wants to buy new tires every 15k for a street car. BFG's are less than that mileage wise.
FU Tuning
I had both Nitto 555Rs and BFG Drags...
both used for track only. BFG hooked way better than Nittos
Nittos require lots of heat to get going.
I have them on my 94 Z28 with an M6 and 4.10s. They hook awesome. Cut sub 1.9 60 foots all day long. Only have about 5k miles on em after 3 years. Car does not get driven much.
