Locked my keys in my trunk and the strap to open the back seat is missing. Please help me get into my trunk.

a locksmith might work out better than the jbo..........
you should still be able to get your hand behind the seat.
i would risk ruining the seat back as opposed to say jacking on an exterior panel like the trunk.
some screwdrivers and hooks can make a good replacement for that strap. Just takes some patience.
You don't have a latch handle beside your seat, or a button in your glovebox?

i have been trying to get the latch open in the seat but cannot figure out how the latch works. do i pry u on something or push down on something else etc?

just pull up really hard on the seat bottom and it will come undone. then you can see how to remove the back seat at the lower hinges. from there just remove your seat and have a spare key made.
that helps immensely thank you.
PS i have a spare key but its 45 miles away in my wifes purse at work rofl

ok this is not going to work. the only tools i have are a hammer, prybar, and straight tip screwdriver.

You also need to be able to open the seat in order to take it out, so that won't work.
Do you know how to make a bump key?
no...but i am guessing if i knew how to do that i wouldnt be going through all of this other hassle.lol

i broke the strap off my seat too.
take plyers, insert in hole, pull locking mechanism

yup thats it. i ended up cutting a 3x3 hole on the seat where the strap goes then found a pair of needle nose and was able to pull back on the lever to open'er up.
thanks guys for your help.
