is there anyway i can put the power windows from a sunfire into one that doesnt have them?
Could be wrong but on how simplified im making it sound but I believe its just a matter of finding the same year, same color and swapping doors, wireing it up and swapping the center consol piece with the one that has the switches (could be wrong about switch placement, have a cav center in mind)
simple answer is yes it can be done.
i personally dont like the power windows for sunfires for one reason.................the switch is almost $300 new from GM
^^^ i have like 10 in my basement, can get them for like $30 any day of the week lol
i'd go with the spal power window kit, easier to install over the stock set up
well it might depend where your located at to what the price would be, cuz i priced it for my old sunfire and it was near $300
and eBay has them for $30, aftermarket parts stores $50 ish, you'd have to be a retard to buy something like that at the dealer....
Well i found a sunfire gt its the same year as mine and the guy says If I can take them off myself I can have them for $10 do I need any special tools to remove them from the other car?
This is not a simple or quick task. The regulators are riveted into the doors and need to be drilled out to remove them. I recommend if you do this, you plan on bolting them into the other doors as it will make it easier to replace the motors later. (The motors are not known to be long-of-life.) If the donor car was the same model, year, color and interior, I'd recommend you exchange doors. You can triple your pleasure, triple your fun, if the donor car also has power locks and keyless entry, but I'm a glutton for punishment.

Is there any way to do a aftermarket power window kit with out having that nasty "nipple" where the crank used to be??

I replaced the motors in my doors and can concur. Took me the better part of a day just to drill out the @*&^% rivets (replaced them with lockwashered bolts so that if I ever have to do this again I won't waste another 8 hours or so of my life).
As for the motors not lasting long, I guess that depends on whether they are OEM or aftermarket and if the latter which specific brand. I put in two new aftermarket ones (can't recall what brand, I will check) and almost six years later they are still going strong, despite regular use and the fact I rewired the circuit to provide express up and down on both doors (a fun little mod that is
very handy to have in a 'vert).
