The dome light consists of three different bulbs... two of them are #194, the third is a #912.

No. Not to the best of my knowledge, anyway.
There are three bulbs in the dome light. Two of them can be turned on with the switches in the headliner. Those are #194 bulbs. The main bulb is a #912.
Go take off the dome light cover and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.

if you have lights in the rear view mirror, you have 1 bulb in the domelight, 912 (921 will also work). if you dont, you have three, 194, 194, and 912.
