scratch off old paint
repaint with stained glass paint
yah hahaha i got the 2k3 too
if you have that then DO NOT REMOVE THE NEEDLES
with that i dunno i wudnt paint the needles just put new LED's behind them
or you could try and mask everything around the needles but that could be a pita
harder to put new leds behind than to paint them... just get a trash bag or something cut little holes, and push the needles through it you could tape under it to prevent going around the pin for the needle, and then tape off the black part of the needle. Much harder to replace leds if u cant take off needles
why not put use finger nail polish, or the touch up paint with a brush? You wouldn't have to remove the needles at all.
