Ok this is a custom dome light from an import. Looks pretty cool, And though i have a good amount of experiance with plactic, im not sure how to make this work in a sunfire. Any ideas?

Dude...It's hella easy...find a similar overhead light at the junkyard and install it using those LED screws on the sides. The lights shining through the actual lense looks like those bolt-to-winshield-wiper-arm lights. Like these:
