I have my back glass and quarter glasses limo tinted, and I want to tint the driver and passenger side glass. My question is what do you think would look good on the sides what % ? I don't want something really dark, and i don't want to get messed with by cops so what do u think?

check your local laws they will have limits on what you can use, in missouri its 35% on the front and sides, most people run 15% around here with no hassle, if you limo the whole car you will have issues, usually you can talk to a tint shop and get some good ideas for matching your tint levels.

normal a universal tint I feel that wont get you hassled is 25-30.... I have 30 all the way around and here the law is 25 and in VA its 35 so i'm in the middle and I will tell the cop that if he tries to dice my tint.

Im unsure what the laws here in Pa are but ive had all my windows done 20% for about a year now and i haven't got stopped yet for it.....(knock on wood)

Glass that tints itself.

Intresting idea... never seen it used on a car other than for mirrors though

Smart galss is electronicly tinting glass, YOu turn a knob, and the window goes from clear to almost completely black. YOu only find it on some of the most expensive cars, and so far only as an option on sunroofs. The company has been around for years. And considering i own stock in Research frontiers, the developer of smart glass technology.

Your currently looking at about $1000 per side window, and $2500 per front/rear window.
