i don't know how to explain this but my tinted windows are getting a sort of "frost" on them..i tried to windex and that doesn't work..then my friend who has tinted windows told me he has the same problem...so the question is..when tints get old, do they make that frost on it(i'm sorry for beeing vague.but i can't really explain it)..i thought it was the cold but a few months ago i changed the other window and i put a new tint and it doesn't have the "frost"

I think you are using the wrong cleaning products on your windows. Windex has ammonia, which damages tint.

from what i've heard any non-ammonia cleaner should be alright. please correct me if i'm wrong. i'm planning to tint my windows this summer so i'm going to ask the tint place if they recommend anything

nothing with ammonia...the ammonia will make the tint fade over time. just go the the store and buy and ammonia-free cleaner...or go to autozone and get cleaner made for tint.

best thing to use for the best result, is vinegar and water, and wipe with newspapers. best clean ever
