Nice!!! What's the setup?? Im looking to get red neon's for my trunk.

I just zip-tied a neon bar into the trunk springs up top, and guided the wire through the interior side mouldings and up through the firewall into the battery. I have a switch that I crammed inthe side moulding beside the front seat to turn the bar on or off. I was originally going to just wire it to the original trunk light wire, but I also wanted the option of having it on with the trunk closed and the seats down, so that's why I just went to the battery and did the switch.

Thanks for the compliment.

looks good, but you could have just cut your trunk light off and spliced the wires from the neon to those and then everytime u open ur trunk, it glows blue. Thats how i did mine, saved some time and wire.

This is my Sig.... its wonderful isn't it...

The voltage and the amperage of the little light bulb is the same as the neon? :|

Yep that's true, but like I said before, I wanted the option of being able to have the lights on while the trunk lid is down. I already had all the wire attached to the neon. Also, now I have the option of using the neon or the original light (which is actually a better light source if you are looking for something.

Thats true, i was just lettin you know in case you didn't already. The reason i did mine like that is because i didnt feel like running any wires, i was being lazy and figured the only time i needed the light on was when the trunk was open, since there are a$$hole cops around my area that will pull you over for neons.

yes. I did mine that way. I just bought some wire splices and tapped into the trunk wires, then took the trunk light bulb out.
Works great.
