This might be a bit of a dumb question and not sure if this is the right forum, but here it is anyway.

How do people deal with their rearview mirror vibratating with their bass? Keep in mind that i want to keep the mirror

Thanks

I installed a GMC Yukon one with the compass and outside temp. Never vibrates away from it's position. But if you want to keep your mirror, take some electrical tape and wrap the post with it. If you do it right, you won't notice it. If you do it wrong, it will look like crap.

mine almost falls flat parallel with the ground after one hard hit of bass. i hate it. i went and got one from another cav, but havent tried it yet. im guessign it will do the same thing.

Take out the stereo

I know it's JUST a Cavalier, and I'm sorry if I hurt your ego.

Keep in mind that our mirrors aren't of the highest quality. Any GM mirror will slide onto the windshield thing. And almost any GM mirror will be better than ours. Get a Vette mirror if you want. All I know is that mine hasn't ever fallen down after I installed it.

id rather have to adjust the mirror every few minutes than loose the stereo. even though i really dont listen to it that much anymore. hmmm, maybe ill just go with a smaller setup. on second thought,,,,,,,nahhhhhhhh

If the vibration is annoying you that much...why don't you just turn down the bass....
