I've got ONE pair that LK returned in exchange for the CF bumper emblem. Just got 'em yesterday.

CC, email me today and they're yours...

Anyone who wants to preorder is always welcome - I should have more in a couple of weeks. Please email me instead of forming a list here - thanks!

KwkRide,

The rear bezel, rear emblem, daytime HVAC panel, gauge bezel, and gas door covers will be in my hands in the form of prototypes in about a week. I'll take some pics and let everybody see, make sure that the templates have a perfect fit, and announce a GP then.

If anyone knows anything about why Dave and the gang do NOT reply to my GP requests, please let me know. I want to run 2 or 3 GPs that you guys would really like, but I can't get a response. I had an issue one time with a Mod that caused me to cancel my GP, but hopefully they will still let me run them.

question about the door inserts.....ok and it might be dumb.....but do you take the whole entire door apart to put these things in ...or as i'm looking at my door today just the two little screws in the door handle thing and that small part comes off please let me know because i returned them to steve thinking the whole damn door had to come off....if its only the little piece with the two screws let me know cause than i'm gonna have to order them again...lol

Well, its a little more complicated than that, but not that bad.

You have to remove those 2 screws and take the triangular gusset cover off with one screw (its that piece with your mirror controls in it).

Than, there are 4 or 5 screws along the bottom of the panel that need to come out. Once all screws are out, you will need to "pop" the inner door off the metal part by prying your fingers in and tugging in a few places (it makes a hell of a sound, but you are not hurting anything). Once you have done this a couple times, you'll know just where to pull.

Then, carefully pull the inner door off, watching the area around the handle so you don't scratch anything.

Putting it back is a little harder - I usually roll the window down to make it easier. You've got to put the top of the door panel into its trench and then pull the whole thing down, make sure that the plastic rivets that you popped are lined up properly and push them back in, then replace the screws - again, watch the door handle area as you place it back on.

It sounds a lot harder than it actually is. Maybe someone else can describe it better or add some tips.
