Well I had the base cut, the rings cut an he baffles glued to the rings and the base. After letting it dry for an hour it was really stable. I could pick up the whole thing jsut by the baffles. Me and my wife sat down with the fabric and pulled it all over adding lots of staples. After about an hour of fighting with the fabric to get all the wrinkles out it was time for the resin. I got the harder and resin all mixed up, got my gloves on and dipped my brush into the mixture. About 3 seconds later I noticed a sag in my fabric. I go to fix it and guess what happens? One of the baffles came apart of the ring and the ring sagged down. So all that work just to have it come apart right before I get the resin on it. Talk about a depressing situation. Guess I will try again tomorrow
Thats sucks, but its going to be hard to get rid of all of the sag. You have to pull the fabric really tight. Good luck with your next try.
