It seems to me that it would be best to remove the cloth from the armrest and then wrapping the leather around it, using a good adhesive to hold it on...although I have yet to do it to mine.
what kind of adhesive?
do i pull the leather back so it tucks in behind the arm rest panel?
should i warm up the leather with something to make it form better??
any other tips would be great

leather is going to be a hard material to do that with. It is very firm and probably won't want to go around corners nicely. I have done the door panels with carpet on my fire. I just took the peice out, used 3m adhesive spray to stick it on there, and folded the edges around. Now for the armrest. If it is like mine it will unscrew from the console and then unsrew into two peices. I would take it apart just like that and fold the leather around just like with the doors. then when u screw it back together it should look pretty good. I don't know if I am describing this very good, but good luck with it.
thanks i will give it a try
anyone else with tips please tell me!
