Ok I got the front dash apart (the one around the hvac, cd player).....Well I can't get the dimmer/fog switch apart and the cigarette lighter out .Any ideas?..............Thanks in advance

to take the cig lighter out... unhook the wires on the back, and then stick your thumb in where the lighter goes and then twist off the back. its two pieces. The dimmer, there are four clips that hold this in... 2 on top, and two on bottom, just squeeze the top ones down and the bottom ones up, and it will come out.
i got the dimmer but the cig wont come out i got the wires out
maybe its different on 02's then it is on 95-99's. Mine comes off easily, the way i had described. I guess just keep trying.
