Buckets seats in the rear

well i got a wicked deal on some stock seats used ones, so i took them, heres my idea, im building a new sub box in the trunk and im goign to buid custom center sole anyways , i was wondering if i layed mdf, down in the back all over (covering the hump int he rear to get a boxy effect) and well mounted the seats like that would that work, and i need some ideas of how to lower the seats cuz they will sit slightly higher(and its already hard to sit in the back seat w/out tilting your head, than the stock rear seat,im just looking for some input right now, my whole car is goign to go a drastic interior facelift over hte next 4 or 5 months with everythign going well for me, ia hve my trunk empty for the 1st time in a year and im gonna be goign hardcore on my stereo soon

If you removed the brackets that are used in the front to move them forward and back (since you won't need to in the rear) they should be very close to the height of the front seats sitting on the 'box'.

i would not recommend mounting the seats to MDF board. very unsafe.

im in the process of doing this right now actually. i took some angle iron and im making new brackets that will bolt directly to the floor. the only thing i have left to do is lower the gas tank so i can drill the holes in the floor to mount the brackets.

i agree with cannon, mdf will be a bad idea, metal to non-metal will always have the chance to move or become not joined, and if I was you cannon id MIG that angle iron instead of going through the bs of dropping the tank. That is what i would do.
