Use fat mat or B-quiet, same stuff, with half the price.
It will help alittle bit, but if you have strange noises, and cant find them, chances are, a sound deadener my not stop it either.
If there is a squeeking noise up front, say near the front of the hood, i bet its the bumpers that hold the front of the hood level.
If its comming from the glove box, rumage through it, and see what it might be.
If your has a lite in it, it might me the wires for the light, mine used to make an annoying noise from that.

Hey white boy,
I totally understand. I had this with my stock 2000’Fire and before I started dropping it and things like that, I decided to get rid of all the squeaks and rattles. I literally took the whole dash and the door panels apart to further disassemble everything. I used to use silicone spray that I got from an automotive store for a while to spray between where the panels would attach to each other and to the body. I worked a little but not to my liking. It needs constant attention.
Basically, start taking things off one thing at a time and either wrap them with soft cloth (strategically of course) or try to do the trick with door seals and things like that to do the trick.
My worst problem was the side of the dash where the vents are; beside the doors. This was more noticeable on the passenger side cuz the dash touches the door panel too much. Over bumps and things like that it not only squeaks it but it will affect the rest of the dash. So I started by taking the fuse box cover and the panel and the one on the other side and wrapped it in micro-fiber cloth (remember, you need the softest material you can get, it shouldn’t be sticky or harsh).
You can also stick thin door seals (Wal-Mart, Home Depot) at the borders of the panels before you wrap them in cloth. It will tighten up the dash when you close your doors but you may hear gentle squeaks from the doors after that. Take it as it comes. You'll get there. The only thing is that it may take time. It took me a long time to figure out where the problems were, so if I can help you, I'll try my best to do so(I know how annoying it is with the stupid rattles).
I’m driving squeak free, slammed on my RK coilovers and it rocks. Later when you get rid of the crappy sounds use BrownBread and stuff like that to quiet the ride. For me, Dynamatting didn’t work for squeaks, for some it does.
dynamat isnt really made for squeaks, its made to dampen objects and absorb sound. cheapest thing is as above get you some material. foamy type headliner material works great, and put them between plastic pieces, i wrapped it around vents in my dash put it behind all the plastic panels in the car and that took care allot of the rattles. then i myself laid down about 3 layers of sound damping in the entire car. but that was more audio related the to try and fix squeaks.

I agree sndsgood, that's pretty much the process. I even had to disassemble my glove box cover and do similar things like that.
