Quick help with Painting Over Fusion

My radio bezel, the top defroster and 2 side vents are currently white. But when i went to put the radio bezel back in, it had some scrap marks on it from re-installing it. What should i do? Sand it all down and start over, just sand the area that has the scratches or just put more coats on the whole entire thing? Thanks for your help!

I messed up my corner vents and had to sand them down and start over. But the top defroster would be a bitch to resand down. I would sand down the area. Tape off the rest paint, let it dry then blend if needed.

for it to look 100% right you would have to resand and paint..

The same thing happend to me. I went to put it in back and I got a fingerprint in it and a scratch mark. So I said the hell with it and resanded everything and did it again.

For fusion to become clip free and mark free, It needs to sit and Dry for up too a week. But it sounds like you sprayed them, not waited for it to dry when you installed it.

Next time, paint the piece, and let sit overnite to dry, re install the next day. Problem free.

After i painted my peices i let them dry for 5 days, then cleaned then and clear coated. then let dry another 5 days.

i drove around for at least 2 weeks without a dash and plastic pieces... don't mod if you cant do it right, and if you dont do it right, don't complain
