Do you want them on with the park lamps or the headlights?

Personally, I don't like tapping into fuses.

To turn the LED on when you turn your park lamps on you will need to splice into the brown wire at the multifunction switch.

I wired mine into the lamps where, when you hit the lock/unlock button, open the door, or (on the cav) turn the dimmer switch all the way up, the lights go on. Any way you go, you are going to have to splice into 2 wires, one hot and one ground(or ground it somewhere else). Just trace the wires back from the lights you want the neons hooked up to, splice and tape and solder and all that stuff, then you are good to go.

Whatever wires you want to hook it up to. For example, if you want the neons to come on when your headlights are on (not suggested) you would trace the 12V wire from the headlights and splice into that one. DO NOT CUT the wire, just splice into it. Then ground the other one.
