you have to take off the upper dash(padded part) and the air bag cover is attached to it. Take the bag cover off the dash and your set~ You can't just pull the bag cover off without taking the padded part off~

tape up the rest of the dash......masking tape is your friend

ive never had a problem with the covers ive done. kellie may have just got a bum cover. i'd take it off personally. but then again, i'd paint the whole dash to go along with it.

check in the glove box there are two screws in there that are on the top part that hold the cover on. just a suggestion.

There are also 2 screws inside the glove box. You'll see a hole inside the glove box, near the top. There are two screws in there that hold a long metal piece attached to the air bag cover. The dash isn't going to come out without taking those screws out.
