Loose DashBoard

Hey guys, I was working on my car going through the dash to hook up the wires for my alarm. But when i put it back together, it started rattling on the bottom portion of the dash. It is very annoying when going over bumps in the road. Is their anyway to fix or cushion the dash? I see that their is foam in between the dash but should i use that foam and just move it?

I found out that my dashboard became loose when i got into an accident. It broke the clip holding the dashboard down with a screw. How can i fix this without getting another dashboard.
