Get with Jason from A Plus Performance, he has a few left I think. Here is the price and part number I got from him when I ordered mine.
MOMO 2401 hub - $60

Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
I have tried 2 of the Momo hub adapters (#2401) on a '03 Cav we have at our shop. They don't fit. We took the clock spring off and everything. The hole in the adapter is too small for the shaft on the steering column. Then it looks like the splines on the adapter are too big for the splines on the car's shaft. Is this a common problem? Do I need to beat the adapter on to the stock shaft? By the way we are puting a Momo wheel on if we can get the adapter on.
^^ That's very weird... The only other issue I have heard of, was an 05 not having it fit right I believe. Never heard of any other year or car have an issue with the MOMO hubs.

Did you try pressing down on it hard. Try beating it down a little. But if u see that its not going then stop. I think I remeber having to beat it down a little.
