You'll need to have the dash fiber-glassed to be honest. That is the "BEST" way to paint the dash pad.
You can also buy vinyl dye but I have never used it, looked for it or even saw it. That is what I've read about on here.

i bought some spray paint for vinyl.. some people hate it this is just to show u how it will look..
all my interior is going to black/blue though i think all in all any spray paint should work alright.. u dont sand or anything just wipe down good with alcohol
