I have a problem with my power windows too..... Besides the motors being slow as molasses but the switches are crap. I have some factory switches but I don't know what the pins on the switch correspond to . I tried playing with different setups but I ended up frying my wires....

I know this thread is so old but....

By looking at this diagram I can't tell which pins are which. All I have is the switches not the wiring harness or anything. It's like 7 little pins in the bottom of the switch but how I know which one controls what? Sal? Anyone???
