I recently bought a 1986 Pontiac Sunbird convert for my wife. The car is in pretty good shape except for the seats. The power driver seat bracket is broken in the back. Going to the local junkyard, I found lots of sunbird seats with the same problem.

Are there any later GM or other models cars that I could swap out my current seats for some newer used seats.

Any help on sources for interiors, seat covers, or replacement seats would really be helpful.

power seats in a 1st gen?....if you dont care about power(?) seats then any 2nd gen or 3rd gen seats will swap right in. I have 97 Sunfire seats in my 89 Sunbird...
