How hard is it to install a Shift/ E-brake boot?

Ok well i want to put a new boot in since my one now is riped and i am going to do both the shift and E-break boot so they match... plus i am putting in my B&M shifter...

But i am wondering how hard it is to do?

And my car is a 2001 sunfire...

like this (just a different colour)

thats for the shifter boot? what about for the e-brake.. i looked today and i cant see how it comes out...

ebrake is attached ont he inside of the center console just push it down into the console to pop it off the console then turn it a bit and pull it out.
