Junkyard is your cheapest option....
or if you want a new one I think the
gm part # for the dash pad is 22682873.
But you will pay a good bit for a new one.

As mahcmos said, a junkyard will be the best place because you won't have to pay for shipping or anything. I got an entire Sunbird dash from a local junkyard for about $25. The Sunfire one may be even cheaper since it's just the top part without any metal framing or anything.

I have been checking eBay periodically too. I remember reading in another post that there had been a tan '03+ dash pad up on there, so I'm sure eventually there will be another one up there.

Also, check the Classifieds. There's none up in there right now, but eventually someone might have one for sale.

Try car-part.com...do a search for 03+ Sunfires in your area.
If you can find a wrecked one with the airbag blown you can
usually pick them up cheap, and all you have to do is clean
the dash up and switch your airbag cover to that dash.
I think any third gen airbag cover will work.
