dont let anyone tell you you cant fit 4 12's in a cavalier cause it is too small you just cant have a back seat anymore
Also i have one problem i was hoping someone could help me with the damn fiberglass on the doors keeps breaking on the arm rest it was pulled apart to be painted red and now doesnt have very much support i was thinking i could fill the pannel with the expanding foam for insulation i am open for sugestions they have been fixed twice and bonded togethere with liquid nails and they have been plastic welded

i like the dash but hate the rear seat if you have that much of a enclosure why only 4 I have 6 10's in my trunk so 4 12's isn't that big of deal?

I wouldn't use expanding foam. Anytime I've used it, it never stops expanding. Everytime it gets hot, it expands a bit more, until eventually, it breaks through. I only use expanding foam to get the basic shape for a mold, then toss it.

this car is not made to be driven it was made to be put on the back of a tralier and taken to shows each sub had to have almost 2 cf of airspace so it would be hard to put them in the trunk it is still a project i have had it since 2002 and not had too much time to work on it 2002-03 korea 2005-06 Iraq

and for the accident thing...if you wear your seatbelt, you won't hit the windshield, and most wheels are designed to breakaway so you dont smack your head off of them.
its not that bad to go with no airbags, people survived crashes before they were around
but anyways, sick interior dude, i like it

wouldnt surprise me at all that some peoples policies can have something in them stating that if they modify saftey equipment or remove it that the insurance company could deny their claim and drop them if not raising the rates thru the roof but if it really is a show car and not a daily driver go for it.
the interior doesnt look bad. maybe a bit buzy but not to shabby. if i build a wall i' think i'd want a few more subs in it. it just looks a bit bare with only 4 subs. as for the armrest piece if its fiberglass just mould it in with more fiberglass and be done with it.

true.....well, they should still give you money for repairs of the car, i mean no airbags wont do any extra damage to the car, i can see no medical payments, but they should still cover the car
but if i ever wreck, im not gonna need the money for medical stuff, because im either dead, or in jail when i kill the other guy

also dont forget that vehicles with airbags use different seatbelts, they are designed to give some in an accident, allowing you to move forward, that way the bag stops you, not the belt, without the bag, your gonna get hurt
i like the front. as far as the subs...i think you could have put those subs in a better way then just have a wall of speakers.

as mentioned.... i wouldnt be susprised one bit if somewhere in your insurance policy it states that if you modify safety equipment and dont report it ( your basically ripping off the insurance company since you SHOULD be getting charged more money) then they dont owe you a dime.... for anything, the car or medical
