I was planning on fiberglassing my center console. All except for the console lid. I was wondering if anyone has done this before(pics please!!!) I was also wondering if I could put the resin/hardner right on the console its self and use mat/cloth instead of fabric. I dont want to mold anything special on it at all. i just want to cover where i messed up the paint. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just use a good paint remover or acetone, that will fic it the easy way. Or you could use a 500+ grit sandpaper.

just sand it again, and repaint. no need for glass if you're not doing anything other than repainting it

yeah just sand it smooth and paint. dont waste your time with fiberglass on something that doesnt need it
