at a wrecker yard, just find an old wrecked cav, or almost any car, and pull it out
RIP Kasey Burleson, and get well soon Chris Shelly
I got mine at menards, just use any low pile carpet (indoor/outdoor stuff doesn't fray on the edges when you cut it normaly)

Go Premium, it builds character!
go to a fabric store, they will have everything you need. im sure they will have some type of scissors there made for cutting fabric w/o fraying it (regular scissors will probably work though) and they will probably also sell spray glue that you can spray on the wood and lay the fabric on.
