I'm about to start painting my interior. I've read that painting the vinyl top panel of the dash ends up being quite sticky.
Any ideas to why this happens, and how to paint the vinyl without the stickiness?
Would a standard primer help prevent the stickiness?

gotta use vynal paint...did mine didn't turn out sticky at all.
is there actually a vinyl paint, or is this the specific vinyl dye i've been hearing about?
i dunno, i fail to see how paint on vinyl can turn out sticky if you lay down a high build primer first. Then clearcoat the $}{!7 outa it.
