I have done the Sunfire interior swap to my 4-door 2003 Cavalier and I just don't like the 2002 style dash. I could upgrade the whole dash to the 03+, but I'd have to keep my 02 style doors, since there were no 4-doors after 02 (to my knowledge).
I had in the past seen a site with a whole fiberglass Cavalier front on it, as well as dashes for a Cavalier, Sunfire, and Grand Am. I already have vents I was going to get fiberglassed into my Sunfire dash, but the guy doing my interior has flaked out AND has lost ownership of the shop he was renting...so now I'm stuck with a POS looking dash that's half installed and the top pad is partially 'glassed for structural integrity. (Ugly looking)
If you could help me find the fiberglass version from a Newer Grand Am I would be GREATLY appreciative. I'm going to try to fab it to fit with the factory airbag, HVAC controls, gauge cluster, and radio (for now).

I have the appropriate Sunfire door panels from a 4-door...I just now need a dash to use. Looking for full fiberglass replacement, since it will be a little easier for me to work with.

I found someone that does the Grand Am dash, but no longer need one since a local guy is doing the fiberglass customizing I want to my Sunfire dash. So I thought I'd share the information with all of you. I'd love to see a Grand Am style dash in a J-body.
