is it ok to paint over powdercoating? i have a powdercoated red air tank, but red dosent fit my colors, so i need to paint it up or something. i dont really wanna pay for it to be PC'd another color, so i was gonna get it painted body color .

is there any special prep or anything that would need to be done? thanks in advance..
