Covering the hole after installing power windows

I have an 04 cav, and am having power windows installed. The SPAL kit I bought doesn't have the right size cap to fit in the hole where the window cranks used to be. Where can I get the right size cap? Do I just have to custom fab something up?

You're supposed to use a tool to cut a hole in the door panel the right diameter, and then use the right size cap for however far the splines stick out..

Its called a door panel cutter.

It sanwiches the panel, and then tightening the bolt pulls the cutter right through---perfect size for the plastic caps to pop in.
