I bought some seat covers and they looked like they would fit but for 50 bucks it was the worst investment I think I made. Ever. They looked like sh*t. Puckered, stretched out of shape, they didn't follow the contours of the seat at all. ANd the stupid seatbelt thing on the headrest made things worse. I'm looking for a GOOD set of seat covers that fit right and don't look cheesy but don't cost a fortune. I'd like to get a set for both front and rear, but I'm not sure where to look. I looked at some different places where you can get custom seat covers made for your car, but the cost is almost as much as reupholstering them. I want something simple, just black or dark grey. Anyone have any recommendations?
Ive heard KatSkinz (I believe thats the spelling) has some sick designs. I believe they are reasonably priced. Remember, you get what you pay for.
Yeah, that is very true. But doesn't Katskinz only do leather? I'm fine with it if it's reasonably priced, but leather is expensive and I'm not sure that's what I want. I'll check them out anyway. Maybe they have something I'll like.
what about the seat belt guide. it needs to go how do i get rid of it. the head rest dont even come off os that i can take it off.
removing is a PITA but its worth it

or if your putting a seat cover over it just cut the loop off the guide. It works. And if you go back to no covers its not that bad if you use somehthin like a dremel to round it off

Just sew the seat cover on... i wouldn't expect a seatcover to take the shape. looks like racing seats if you do a good job.
hmm, sewing covers on simple yet brilliant would be a great winter mod while the cav is parked.
That's actually a really good idea. Maybe it's a good thing that my mom insisted I learn how to sew. I'm gonna have to give that a shot.
