OK, some of you may be familiar with Project Blue Light, my quest to make every single light in my car blue (needles, power window switches, HVAC, turn signal indicators, etc etc)
Well I bought some pod gauges from Speedhut, but the needles were only available in red, which totally screwed up my look...
I called them and convinced them to start making circuit boards with blue LEDS to light the needles on these, and mine will be the first set! They are only charging 25 bucks per gauge to do it. I'm sure that other colors will follow.
Once my gauges are finished and installed in the car (hopefully by the end of Jan.) they are going to use a picture of mine to advertise the new option. They should be ready to do them for others by this time.
So those of you who are obsessed with the Blue can start making your plans now. I'll have more info on the blue warning lights and turn signals soon. I've got some people doing research on the clusters as we speak...
