I've got a question. I found the thread post about wiring in an air fuel gauge on an ecotec but I've got a question. It says to wire it in on the ecu side? What does that mean? I'm confused. I know it just wires into the purple wire, but what does it mean, the ecu or ecm side?

Just tap into the purple wire at the o2 sensor and you are good.
The one after the cat is only there to moniter the cat and make sure it is doimng it's job. To get an accurate A/F reading you need to tap the purple wire on the o2 sensor in the manifold.
Not a problem. Everybody is here to help each other.
On the "ECU Side" means that you tap into it on the other side of the plug, not the side that goes to the sensor, but the side that goes to the ECU. This is so you don't have to retap it everytime you change your O2 sensor.
