So how would you hook up the seat belt with those? Can you use the stock bracket, where my seat belt is hooked up to?

on my 96 cav, the seatbelt for the driver side is hooked to the floorboard so no problems there but the passenger side is hooked to the seat so you would have drill a hole. use large washers and bolt it down. MAKE SURE you don't drill through any lines on bottom though.

On my 05, when I switched to the racing seats. The bolt that was on the seatbelt-connecting side, that was on the seat, was literally the same exact bolt size as the one holding the seatbelt connector onto the stock seat. All I did was take off the bolt from the seat, put the seatbelt connector on, and rebolt it back in. Wham, no drilling or games, and it looks just like stock
